1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the winbd platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between winbd and the user. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply to all residents of Bangladesh and cover all sections of the platform — including Sports Betting, casino, promotions, and other services. Users must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Account Registration & Security
Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration on winbd is mandatory. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account created with false or misleading information. Each individual may register only one account.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized login must be reported to the support team immediately.
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the platform, users must act honestly, lawfully, and respectfully toward other users. Any form of cheating, system manipulation, bot use, or attempts to gain unfair advantages are strictly prohibited. If winbd detects such activity, it reserves the right to permanently close the account in question.
- Exploiting platform technical errors for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
- Collecting or misusing other users' personal information is strictly prohibited.
- Using malicious software or scripts against the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

All transactions on the winbd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Standard processing times, along with minimum and maximum transaction limits, apply.
Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate activities within the platform. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Additional wagering requirements may apply to bonus-related transactions, as detailed in each individual offer.
- Using fraudulent or third-party payment methods is prohibited.
- Attempting to chargeback funds already deposited may result in account suspension.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Reasons for Account Suspension
- Upon discovery of any evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation
- If there is suspicion of operating multiple accounts
- If the identity verification process is not completed
- During the investigation of suspicious financial transactions
- At the user's own request for a temporary break
Reasons for Permanent Account Closure
- If clear evidence of fraud or cheating is found
- If evidence of bot or automated software use is found
- Confirmed evidence of account registration under a false identity
- If a user attempts to harass or harm another user
- Confirmed cases of chargebacks or financial fraud
If an account is closed, the return of any undistributed balance depends on the outcome of the investigation. In cases of Terms violations, winbd reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
Winbd is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or third-party service failures. The platform may be temporarily taken offline at any time for maintenance.
Winbd's logos, designs, software, content, and brand elements are fully protected. Users may not copy, distribute, or use these materials without prior authorization.
Winbd is not responsible for any third-party services linked on its pages. Users access those services at their own discretion.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Winbd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in Bangladeshi courts. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws before using the platform.
